Dispute resolution policy
If something has gone wrong, tell us first. Please come to us before filing a chargeback with your bank. It’s nearly always quicker, and a chargeback suspends your account while the bank investigates, which helps nobody.
Step 1. Contact us
Email arcouteenterprises@gmail.com with Dispute in the subject line. Tell us your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and what went wrong. Screenshots help.
Step 2. What we do
We reply within 2 business days and give a written outcome within 7 business days. A complicated case can take up to 15 business days. If yours is one, we’ll say so and keep you posted. Approved refunds are started within 3 business days of the decision, back to the original payment method.
Step 3. If you’re still unhappy
Ask for escalation. Reply to our decision and the proprietor will look at it again personally.
Complaints about a payment. Card and e-wallet payments are handled by our payment provider. You may raise the matter with your card issuer or bank, or with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Financial Consumer Protection Department (+632 8708-7087, consumeraffairs@bsp.gov.ph).
Consumer complaints. The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) handles consumer complaints under RA 7394 and the Internet Transactions Act (RA 11967).
Complaints about your data. The National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph) handles these. See our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
